We collect the email used for checkout or Storm Watch, Stripe order references, delivery and route status, and the field outcome selected for each paid stop. Stripe handles card details; StormVantage does not store full card numbers.
We use this information to hold and deliver the exact paid route, prevent the same stop from being resold for the same storm, show the buyer's route summary, provide support, prevent abuse, and send requested Storm Watch emails.
The current route uses public-domain U.S. DOT National Address Database records distributed by Overture Maps. It does not include homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses, property values, roof ages, or private claim data.
We use service providers such as Stripe for payment, Supabase for private order data, Resend for delivery email, and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell buyer email addresses or route feedback.
Private route links use an unguessable signed token and are blocked from search indexing. We keep order and sold-stop records as needed to deliver the product, prevent duplicate resale, handle disputes, and meet legal duties.
Storm Watch email includes unsubscribe instructions. To ask about, correct, or delete buyer information where allowed, email james@stormvantage.com.
